Mansford sold to Swisscanto Anlagestiftung three buildings of the A-ONE Business Center in Rolle (Phase I)

Lenz & Staehelin represented the Mansford group, a European multi-strategy real estate private investment group, in the sale of three buildings of the A-ONE Business Center to Swisscanto Anlagestiftung. The purchase price was CHF 87 million. The transaction closed on October 30, 2008.

The team of Lenz & Staehelin was led by Guy Vermeil and Daniel Schafer. It included Jacques Busset, Anil Nair and Paolo Cavargna.
