Merger control procedure relating to the creation of Move Mobility SA

Lenz & Staehelin assisted Groupe E SA and the other controlling shareholders of Move Mobility SA (Move Mobility) in the merger control procedure relating to the creation of Move Mobility in 2017. The joint venture, which has been approved by the Competition Commission, provides services in the Swiss market of e-mobility.

The team was led by partner Benoît Merkt and included Sevan Antreasyan and Alix Marxer (both Associates).
