NCAB to acquire db electronic group

On May 2, 2023, NCAB Group, the global full-service supplier of printed circuit boards listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, announced that it has acquired the db electronic Group. The db electronic Group is active in the development, production, distribution and trading of printed circuit boards and has a local presence in Germany, Switzerland and France.
