Nyrstar restructuring

On July 31, 2019, Nyrstar announced the successful implementation of its comprehensive financial restructuring. The restructuring included the reinstatement of various existing financing facilities and the completion of a new money facility.

Lenz & Staehelin acted as Swiss counsel to Deutsche Bank and the Co-ordinating Committee.
