Pactera Technology International acquires Innoveo Solutions AG

Lenz & Staehelin assisted Pactera Technology International Ltd, a global consulting and technology services provider strategically headquartered in China, acquiring the entire share and participation capital of Innoveo Solutions AG, a Switzerland-based insurance business software provider.

The Lenz & Staehelin team consisted of Andreas Rötheli and Felix Gey Jauffret (all Corporate and M&A).
