phion AG acquired Visonys AG

The Swiss IT application security provider Visonys AG was acquired on June 16, 2008 by phion AG, an Austrian IT network security provider listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. Lenz & Staehelin, which had advised Visonys AG from its formation in 2002, acted as counsel to the sellers of Visonys AG.

Lenz & Staehelin’s legal team was led by Matthias Oertle and included Harald Bärtschi and Simon Bachmann.
