PREMIUM Communications Holding sells avocis to Capita plc.

PREMIUM Communications Holding, in which Equistone Partners Europe Limited managed funds hold a majority stake, sold its participation in avocis to U.K. based Capita plc. on February 27, 2015. avocis, based in Tägerwilen, Switzerland is a leading provider of customer contact management services and operates 16 sites in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and generates an annual turnover of EUR 210m (2014). The Lenz & Staehelin tax team advised PREMIUM Communications Holding in this transaction.
