PREMIUMcommunications acquired adm Group

In July 2009, PREMIUMcommunications acquired adm Group, Berlin, Germany, with a workforce of more than 3’000 employees, thereby further strengthening its position in the call center industry in Germany.

Lenz & Staehelin advised PREMIUMcommunications jointly with Pöllath+Partner, Munich. The team was led by Andreas Rötheli (M&A) and Pascal Hinny (Tax).
