PREMIUMcommunications acquired BNS Group

On November 20, 2008, PREMIUMcommunications acquired BNS Group in Biel with a workforce of approximately 300 employees, thereby strengthening its position in the call center industry in Switzerland.

Lenz & Staehelin advised PREMIUMcommunications respectively its acquiring subsidiary TELAGcompany AG. The team was led by Andreas Rötheli and Stefan Eberhard.
