PREMIUMcommunications acquired DIMA

In December 2008, PREMIUMcommunications acquired DIMA Systems AG, Leipzig, Germany, with a workforce of more than 500 employees, thereby strengthening its position in the call center industry in Germany.

Lenz & Staehelin advised PREMIUMcommunications jointly with Pöllath+Partner, Münich, and Harnischmacher Löer Wensing, Münster. The team was led by Andreas Rötheli (M&A) and Pascal Hinny (Tax).
