Public takeover offer for Genolier Swiss Medical Services SA

Lenz & Staehelin advised M.R.S.I. Medical Research, Services & Investments S.A., the company controlled by Antoine Hubert, his wife Géraldine Hubert-Reynard as well as Michel Reybier, in connection with its public takeover offer for Genolier Swiss Medical Services SA, the parent company of the Swiss network of private clinics.
