Reynaers Group acquires Forster Profilsysteme from Arbonia Group

On 14 December 2017, Reynaers Group entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of the business unit Forster Profilsysteme from Arbonia Group.

The Belgium Reynaers Group, active in more than 70 countries worldwide, is a European provider of innovative and sustainable architectural aluminium solutions. With the acquisition of Forster Profilsysteme, a Swiss producer of high-quality steel and stainless steel profile systems, Reynaers strengthens its leading position in the construction market for aluminium and steel solutions.
