Roth Group acquires Werner Isolations and Tolisol

On 24 November 2016, Roth Group, a portfolio company of Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Werner Isolations SA Geneve and Tolisol SA, two Geneva-based companies that are excellently positioned in the insulations and fire protection market in Western Switzerland.

Roth Group is one of the leading providers of services for domestic and industrial fire protection, insulations, and coatings in Switzerland.

With this move, Roth Group not only continues to expand and strengthen its significant presence in the Swiss market, but also further enhances its expertise in these fields. Roth Group has now ten regional centers in Switzerland and over 400 employees. It intends to grow further over the next few months.
