Sale by City of Geneva of majority stake in 022 Télégenève SA

Lenz & Staehelin advised the City of Geneva in the context of the sale, at the end of May 2013, of its 51,2% equity interest in 022 Télégenève, a company active in the field of telecommunication infrastructures and cable network in Geneva, to upc cablecom GmbH. Under the terms of the agreement, upc cablecom GmbH, which already had a 48,8% equity interest, shall become sole shareholder. This transaction is still subject to approval by the competent authorities of the City of Geneva.
