Sale of Brolliet to Foncia

On July 1st, 2016, Mrs. Laure Brolliet, owner of the real estate service provider Brolliet for the fourth generation, entered into an agreement with the international group Foncia to transfer Brolliet group.

Founded in 1903 by David Auguste Brolliet, the company, a leading real estate service provider in the Geneva lake area, will keep its own identity, brand, operational structure, and employees. The board of directors will continue to be chaired by Mrs. Laure Brolliet, who will also become a member of the board of directors of Foncia Switzerland SA upon closing of the transaction.

From the strategic combination of Brolliet and Domicim, the Swiss entity of the international group Foncia already active in the other French speaking Cantons, emerges a leading independent real estate service provider in Switzerland.
