SC Johnson acquired Duck Global Licensing AG

On December 4, 2008, SC Johnson & Son Inc, Racin (Wisconsin) acquired Duck Global Licensing AG (previously Düring Lizenzen AG) from the Düring family for an undisclosed purchase price. Duck Global Licensing AG operates the WC-Ente business in Switzerland.
