SFS Group announced the launch of its IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange

On April 23, 2014, SFS Group announced the launch of its initial public offering on the SIX Swiss Exchange with the publication of the offering and listing memorandum and the start of the bookbuilding process. The SFS Group, headquartered in Switzerland, is a global precision engineering group with around 7,000 employees. Lenz & Staehelin is acting as sole counsel to the banking syndicate consisting of Credit Suisse and UBS as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, Morgan Stanley as Joint Bookrunner, and Bank am Bellevue, Bank Vontobel AG and Zürcher Kantonalbank as Co-Lead Managers as well as St.Galler Kantonalbank as Selling Agent.
