SoftwareONE to acquire COMPAREX

On October 9, 2018, SoftwareONE, a global leading Platform, Solutions and Services company, announced that it has entered into an agreement for the purchase of all shares in COMPAREX, a global IT service provider, from Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH. The transaction is subject to customary approvals.
