Swift Copters appeals a decision of the International Airport of Geneva

Lenz & Staehelin represented the Geneva based helicopter company Swift Copters SA in its appeal against the decision of the International Airport of Geneva to introduce a limitation of helicopter flights. The Swiss Federal Administrative Court pronounced provisional measures on 10 December 2008 preventing the entry into force of this decision. On 12 May 2009, the Swiss Federal Administrative Court annulled the decision of the International Airport of Geneva.
