Swisscom appeals WAN decision

The Swiss Federal Administrative Court has mostly upheld a decision of the Swiss Competition Commission against Swisscom in connection with a WAN network of the Swiss Post. Swisscom has decided to appeal this decision to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
