Swissquote Bank Ltd acquires ACM Advanced Currency Markets AG
In October 2010, Lenz & Staehelin assisted Swissquote Bank Ltd, the Swiss online broker, in its acquisition of the forex specialist ACM Advanced Currency Markets AG.
The team was led by Jacques Iffland and included Hélène Weidmann and Alexandre Richa.
