TAG Aviation Group to sell its European MRO activities to Dassault Aviation

On 26 February 2019, TAG Aviation Group, a major maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider, announced that it has entered into an agreement for the sale of its European maintenance activities to Dassault Aviation, a global leader in the design, development, sale and support of all types of aircrafts. The integration of the activities will take place over the next few months, once all necessary authorizations will be obtained.
