Tele2 completed sale of Tele2 Switzerland to TDC Sunrise

Lenz & Staehelin advised the Swedish telecom group Tele2 AB (OMX Nordic Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) in its sale of Tele2 Switzerland to TDC Sunrise for approx. SEK 300 million (approx. CHF 45 million) in cash. The transaction was completed following approval from the Swiss Competition Commission.
