Travelport sells Gullivers Travel Associates to Kuoni

New York based Travelport has agreed to sell Gullivers Travel Associates (GTA) to Kuoni for an enterprise value of USD 705 million. GTA is a leading global provider for online destination management services. Kuoni envisages to finance the transaction, inter alia, by way of a discounted rights offering.
