Vaudoise Assurances Holding acquires Pittet Associés

On July 18, 2019, Vaudoise Assurances Holding SA ("Vaudoise Assurances"), among the Swiss insurance leaders listed on SIX Swiss Exchange, acquired the entire share capital of Pittet Holding SA, as well as the shares of Pittet Associés SA held by its minority shareholders. Through its presence in Lausanne, Geneva, Bern and Sion, Pittet Associés SA holds a strong position in French speaking Switzerland in advising pension funds and insurances companies on actuarial, legal and investment matters. This acquisition enables Vaudoise Assurances to support its income diversification by expanding the scope of its activities.
