Wyeth Pharmaceuticals AG merged into Pfizer AG

Pfizer Inc., the world's largest research-based pharmaceutical company, acquired Wyeth in a cash and stock merger effective October 15, 2009. In this context, Pfizer successfully completed the Swiss integration of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals AG into Pfizer AG by merger as of January 25, 2010.
