Leo Rusterholz

Leo Rusterholz is part of the practice groups Technology and Outsourcing, Internal Investigations, Corporate and M&A and Banking and Finance in our Zurich office. His practice focuses on the field of data privacy and data breach investigations and technology, media, telecommunications as well as corporate and regulatory law. In addition to data protection, data compliance, cyber security and technology and outsourcing transactions, he also advises domestic and international clients on transitional services, licence, distribution and e-commerce matters. He regularly publishes in his fields of practice and gained valuable experience working for a leading US-based law firm in New York, San Francisco and Palo Alto.
