He advises institutional investors, private equity funds, and management teams on Swiss and international tax matters, with particular expertise in M&A, private equity transactions, financing structures, and cross-border restructurings.

    Maximilien teaches and oversees the International Taxation module for EXPERTsuisse (Western Switzerland, 2025–present), serves as National Reporter for Switzerland for the International Bar Association (2025–2026), and sits on the CFA Society Switzerland's Candidates Committee.
