a16z onboards Hungry Cats Studio as a CSX participant

a16z crypto, the venture capital fund investing in crypto and web3 startups, has accepted Hungry Cats Studio AG in its Crypto Startup Accelerator (CSX) program, which will be run in London for the first time in 2024.

CSX is designed for the specific needs of web3 startups. Its participants receive funding from a16z, mentorship and education on key topics.

Lenz & Staehelin advised a16z crypto in the onboarding of Hungry Cats Studio AG as a CSX participant. The team included Ariel Ben Hattar (FinTech / Corporate and M&A), Federico Trabaldo Togna and Victor Sellier (both Corporate and M&A) as well as Rebecca Dorasamy (Tax).
