Audionova acquires Audilab SA

Lenz & Staehelin assisted Audionova, one of Europe’s leading hearing aid providers, and a portfolio company of the international investment company HAL Investments, in the acquisition of Audilab SA, a Swiss company active in retail sales of hearing aids and accessories. The consideration is undisclosed. Together with the current management, Audionova will pursue a consistent growth strategy in the hearing aid business in Switzerland.
