British Telecom provides global managed communication services to Ciba Specialty Chemicals

Lenz & Staehelin advised British Telecom (BT) in its strategic supplier agreement with Ciba Specialty Chemicals (Ciba). BT will provide a broad package of managed ICT-services to Ciba's operations around the world, including deployment of a global IP telephony solution running across a BT managed LAN and WAN service, global IT security solutions and flat rate voice services.
