Capvis acquired Koenig Verbindungstechnik from Debrunner Koenig Holding

Swiss leading private equity fund Capvis acquired Koenig Verbindungstechnik AG (KVT), a leading producer and distributor of fastening systems and sealing plugs with a workforce of about 300 people, from Debrunner Koenig Holding AG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kloeckner & Co. AG. The transaction was subject to merger clearance. The sales price amounted to approximately EUR 325 million.
