CHF 2.0 billion financing for the Hirslanden Group

The Hirslanden Group, the leading private hospital group in Switzerland, entered into a CHF 2.0 billion debt financing.

Lenz & Staehelin acted as counsel to the Hirslanden Group.  The team included Marcel Tranchet, Hannes Kieser and Charlotte Rüegg.
