Constellation Software (UK) Ltd. acquired all shares in ASC Group, consisting of ASC Automotive Solution Center Schweiz AG and its subsidiaries based in Switzerland and Germany. The ASC Group is active in the field of automotive software, specializing in applications and the provision of software-as-a-service solutions for car dealers and workshops.
