Coupa Software has acquired Simeno Holding AG

On December 11, 2017, NASDAQ-listed Coupa Software Inc., a California-based financial software firm announced that it has acquired all shares in Simeno Holding AG, a provider of cross-catalog search and advanced catalog management, based in Basel, Switzerland.
