Implenia files appeals to the Federal Supreme Court in Canton Grison Bid-Rigging Spin-off cases

Implenia Schweiz AG, Switzerland‘s largest construction company, decided to appeal the decision of the Swiss Federal Administrative Court not granting it full immunity in two spin-off proceedings of ComCo’s 2012 investigation in the construction market in the Canton of Grison. Lenz & Staehelin represents Implenia Schweiz AG in this appeal.
