IPO of Cosmo Pharmaceuticals on SWX Swiss Exchange

Lenz & Staehelin acted as Swiss counsel to Lehman Brothers and Sal. Oppenheim as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners in the cross-boarder IPO of Italian Cosmo Pharmaceutical on SWX Swiss Exchange.
