Lenz & Staehelin advised Hermès International in the investment in Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier

Lenz & Staehelin advised Hermès International respectively La Montre Hermès, a French luxury group, in the acquisition of a minority stake in Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier, a Swiss watch movement company, with an option to purchase remaining stock.
