Lenz & Staehelin represented Félix Badel & Cie SA in the Competition Commission investigation started in 2018 against 8 electricity companies in and around Geneva in relation to public and private tenders. Félix Badel & Cie SA successfully concluded an amicable settlement with the Competition Commission Secretariat which was approved by the Competition Commission on 27 May 2021.
