Lenz & Staehelin represented finance parties in connection with a combined bank lending and US private placement transaction

Lenz & Staehelin acted as Swiss counsel to the finance parties in connection with a corporate finance transaction consisting of a secured bank lending and a US private placement of secured notes by a Swiss based offshore pipeline installation and subsea construction group.
