Trimble acquires Plancal Group

Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) has acquired in an auction process the privately held Swiss Plancal Group a leading software provider for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and heating, ventilation and airconditioning (HVAC) industries in Western Europe. 

Lenz & Staehelin advised the selling shareholders in all tax matters. The team included Pascal Hinny and Stephan Brandner.
