Unsolicited public offer of MMA for Harwanne

Lenz & Staehelin advised Harwanne Compagnie de participations industrielles et financières SA in connection with the unsolicited cash offer of MMA Vie SA to the minority shareholders of the company. The transaction valued the whole company at about CHF 125 million.

The Lenz & Staehelin team advising Harwanne was led by Jacques Iffland and comprised Hélène Weidmann, Jérôme Jotterand, Stefan Scherrer and Felix Gey.
