Vigier files appeal to the Federal Administrative Court in the Construction Materials and Landfills Berne case

KIESTAG, Kieswerk Steinigand AG and its parent company Vigier Holding AG decided to appeal the decision of the Swiss Competition Commission regarding KIESTAG's involvement in the gravel pit company KAGA. After over nine years of investigation, ComCo accused KIESTAG, the other shareholders of KAGA and KAGA itself of having infringed Competition Law in the gravel business in the Canton of Berne. The appeal challenges these findings regarding KIESTAG and Vigier.
