WEKO approves media mergers between AZ Medien and NZZ-Mediengruppe
Following an in-depth merger examination, the Swiss Competition Commission (WEKO) has raised no objections to the forming of a joint venture between AZ Medien and NZZ. It cleared the transaction in phase II without remedies.
