1st PMAC Dispute Resolution Forum

OxFirst and the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Unified Patent Court (PMAC), together with the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law, are organising the 1st PMAC Dispute Resolution Forum, bringing together practitioners, academics and other stakeholders to discuss developments in IP dispute resolution.

Thierry Calame will participate in a mock med-arb proceeding in a hypothetical cross-border unitary SEP/FRAND dispute as part of the forum, which will take place in Ljubljana from 1 to 2 June 2026.
