AIJA Half-Year May Conference

AIJA, the International Association of Young Lawyers, will host its Half Year May Conference from 14 May to 17 May 2025, in Milan, Italy.

The academic programme “Legal Design for Business: Re-shaping Cities, Disputes and Supply Chains with Sustainable Finance” offers two tracks exploring how Milan is evolving: one examines private equity and real estate transactions driving urban transformation, while the other focuses on dispute resolution and third-party funding in key industries such as fashion, sports, and healthcare.

On Tuesday, 15 May 2025 at 14:00 Roman Graf will moderate a discussion on "Corporate structures for PE investment in real estate transactions"
