AIMA Webinar: Update on the Berne Financial Services Agreement for UK and Swiss Firms

The Berne Financial Services Agreement (BFSA), effective January 2026, has led to mutual recognition of Swiss-UK regulatory frameworks for wholesale financial services. The BFSA streamlines the market access from the UK to Switzerland and vice-versa. This webinar will cover the impact of the BFSA on the Swiss and UK financial centres and the concrete steps to leverage the benefits of the BFSA.
