ASA below 40 is heading to London

On October 29, ASA below 40 will be tackling disputes involving States and state immunity, bringing together Swiss, CEE and English perspectives for an evening at the IDRC.
In addition to a keynote speech, various speakers—including Severin Christen—from different jurisdictions will speak and present varying perspectives.
