DACH Employment Summit

International Employment Lawyer will hold the first DACH Employment Summit at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. The full-day event will bring together senior in-house counsel, HR and employee relations professionals, and private practice lawyers. They will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing multinational employers and their counsel across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The programme covers Germany's planned employment law reform, the employment lawyer's role in M&A, and reskilling in the age of AI. It also covers restructuring and industrial relations, and the future of pay transparency under the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Simultaneous translation into German will be available throughout.
