DIS40 Autumn Conference

As part of the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days, the next DIS40 Autumn Conference will take place on 10 September 2025. The topic will be "Europe’s Evolving Disputes Landscape: Transforming, Ever-changing & Arbitration (un)friendly?".

Senior Associate Nadia Ohlhoff-Smahi will represent the Swiss perspective in a panel discussion on "ISU and beyond: Where is Arbitration Headed in Europe?".
